Instructions for Authors
Authors should format their contributions according
to the IEEE CS Press Proceedings series standard
style. Detailed information can be found at the IEEE CS Press "Author Guidelines"
page. In particular, authors using Microsoft Word or LaTeX should use
the style files made available by IEEE CS Press for these systems at their FTP site.

Papers can be submitted electronically as PDF (preferred) or Postscript
files via our submission page. Please note that
the submission management system is still experimental; don't hesitate
