How to reach Pisa by airplane
The best way to get to Pisa is to fly to the "Galileo Galilei"
Pisa airport. If you don't have a direct connection, you should
be able to reach the Pisa airport via Milan, Rome, London,
Munchen, Paris, Frankfurt (Main), Brusselles (Charleroi).
If you are planning to reach Pisa flying to Florence and then
getting railway to Pisa, please take into account that you should
spent some time (half an hour or so) in a bus or in a taxi to
reach Florence railway station and then another hour to reach Pisa
How to reach Pisa via train
There are several main rail lines that allow to arrive in Pisa
(see Italian Railway timetable or DBAG timetable).
Tipically, you should
arrive in Pisa through Milan, Roma, Genova or Florence and get a
direct connection to Pisa.

it is only two kilometres far from the airport (Pisa airport is
very close to downtown), the railway station and the exit on the
Firenze - Pisa highway, it is easy to reach by all forms of

through the fascinating Medieval town centre takes you to the
Leaning Tower in the Piazza dei Miracoli.
