SHUTTLE SERVICE
Upon arrival in Elba, on May 25th, there will be a shuttle service from the ferry landing in Portoferraio to Grand Elba Hotel International in Capoliveri. The service will be held from 3pm to 7pm of May 25th, approximately every other hour. The meeting point is Agenzia Tesi Viaggi, Calata Italia 8, at walking distance and located in the ground floor of the tallest building facing the harbor (it's easily recognizable).
REGISTRATION FEE
Workshop registration includes the proceedings, the social events, the coffee breaks during the conference period, and the hotel facilities (e.g., the private beach and the services there offered). Note: The registration fee covers also the lunch during FUN04 (resp., FUN04+MAC04).

ACCOMODATION FEE
Grand Elba Hotel International**** in Capoliveri
Room type: single Euro 115 (per person per day); double Euro 170 (per room per day); double Euro 85 (per person per day); additional cost for child (up to 12 years): Euro 42.50.
NOTES: The room rates above are half board and, moreover, include drinks at dinner and hotel facilities (full board is served during FUN04 (resp., FUN04+MAC04)). Upon request, the participants willing to extend their stay for the weekend on Elba can benefit of the same hotel rates for the workshop. For students' accomodation, please contact the travel agent for alternative lodging.

If you plan to attend only MAC'04 (May 24-25), please contact directly the travel agent for the registration and the accomodation fees.
