In a pervasive computing environment where most interactions are mediated through computers and communication devices, tools for semantic analysis and linguistic technologies (Human Language Technologies) are needed for improving the way computers mediate human to human communications (e.g. filtering spam from mail or blogs) as well as improving human to computer interaction.
Our research focuses on two aspects: developing the software infrastructure for deploying interactive Web applications and developing techniques for enhancing the understanding of the information exchanged or searched.
