What

Main purpose: testing Network Monitoring scalability by partitioning the Grid into domains.

One criteria to design the partitions is that internal connectivity is better than the connectivity between neighbor domains.

Side goal: support for Network Monitoring Management

• a centralized configuration support;
• dynamic scheduling of monitoring tasks (especially expensive ones)

Side goal: support for Differentiated Services (or other QoS strategies) over Network Services.
