In order to qualify a domain, we need to introduce benchmark characteristics: we call Connectivity the super-class of such characteristics.
Using this concept, a domain is qualified only if its Connectivity is estimated higher than that of any adjacent Network Service.
Since we understand that Network Services are differentiated, we need to subclass Connectivity as a set of connectivities, one for each type of service.
Connectivity is undefined if and only if this
Network Service is not available between the
Domains.
