Currently, we are performing the last tests on a three sites testbed, before deploying GlueDomains as part of the GridICE Grid Management project.
The site in Bologna supports the GlueDomains database server, and tests are performed in a complete mesh.
We are at the fourth testing release, with no substantial rewriting required so far: mainly each release introduces new features.
The architecture has proven to be reasonably GMA-independent: we replaced a R-GMA plugin with a MDS oriented one.
The current distribution is self-installing, using the LCFG tool: in order to install a new monitoring host, the local administrator simply types in a line in a configuration file, and untars an archive containing a few sensible items, like database passwords.
