Research interests include:

• Mathematical and compulational modeling of cancer drug resistance mechanisms, tumor heterogeneity and cancer stem cells
• Understanding the role of pharmacogenetics and pharmacodynamics in cancer progression
• Studying the disease epidemics

PhD research is focused on "Hybrid Modeling of Cancer Drug Resistance Mechanisms"

In this work i have specifically Worked on two case studies of colrectal and lung cancers. The hybrid models developed for both cancers are implemented in Octave 3.6.1. The source code for both models is provided in colorectal and lung cancer pages.
